Yeah,
sure, deplore the actions of the Uruk Liberation Front, but whadya do with all
those funds raised for so called "outreach"?

Manifesto
of the Middle-earth Organization for Reversal of Discrimination and Orcish
Rights
Now
that the Fall of Sauron has liberated Orc-kind from slavery, attention must be
given to the continuing invidious pattern and practice of discrimination against
Orcs. To this end, we call upon all people of Middle-earth to
recognize:
1.
That Orcs are born free and equal to all other creatures of Middle-earth and
endowed with certain inalienable rights;
2.
That among these are the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness;
3.
That Orcs are not hideous or bestial, and that the common misperception that
they are is the result of Ages of anti-Orcish propaganda promulgated by the
Eldar, and that this propaganda reflects the prejudice of the Eldar against the
Avari (from whom Orcs are primarily descended) as well as against the Orcs
themselves;
4.
That the Eldar and those influenced by them have historically discriminated
against all of the “darker” peoples of Middle-earth, including the Avari,
the Orcs, the Dunlendings and the Southrons;
5.
That the War of the Dwarves and Goblins was the result of unprovoked Dwarvish
aggression against the peace-loving but fiercely independent Orcs of Moria;
6.
That the use of the word "goblin" is offensive and should be
discontinued;
7.
That the Hobbits are in fact a people descended from the mixture of Orcs
other
areas sometimes known by the derogatory term "goblin", from whom they
inherited
their small size;
8.
That as Hobbits, like the half-Orcs of Isengard and the Elves, are related to
Orcs by blood, they should at once cease and desist from waylaying, slaying,
intimidating and otherwise harming Orcs;
9.
That as Men and Dwarves have likewise suffered grave injustices at the hands of
the Eldar and are united with Orcs and all other intelligent beings by their
common possession of sentience and free will, they too should cease to harm and
shun Orcs;
10.
That as the Eldar have apparently chosen to abandon Middle-earth there
11.
That the other oppressed peoples of Middle-earth, including but not limited to
Trolls, Dunlendings, Harfoots, Haradrim and Wild Men, should join with the Orcs
in their efforts to combat the pernicious effects of discrimination;
12. That, despite the continuing provocations and anti-Orc pogroms visited upon our people by the Eldar, the Ents, the Rohirrim and others, the only possible solution to this intolerable situation is a peaceful one; to this end we abjure and deplore the violent tactics of the Uruk Liberation Front and similar groups.
